
BOUTRAIS OYSTERS
La Famille Boutrais was founded by Pascal Boutrais and is now run by his son Hugo. The family business is based in Saint-Coulomb in French Brittany and owns five oyster farms, where experts with a great deal of specialist knowledge work. First-class oysters are obtained through a complex, natural production process. The family's bay in Ireland, where they breed their oyster offspring, is also crucial to the high quality.

OYSTERS FROM IRELAND
The spawn, which comes from France, spends the first period of rearing in the nutrient-rich Clew Bay in Ireland. After a careful selection process, they are distributed to the other oyster beds in the family, where the young spend up to 3-4 more years in the sea.
Premium oysters
The Boutrais range includes Ostra Regal, Sentinelle and Sélection Marine. They have a delicate taste of salt and the sea and are characterized by their crunchy texture. The exceptional Ostra Regal is characterized by its high meat content and sweet, balanced taste. The Sélection Gold with edible 22-carat gold flakes is the crowning glory.
