Moments of indulgence and meaningful partnerships

eat! berlin 2026 once again proved why it is among the most creative and impressive culinary festivals in Germany. For eleven days – from February 19 to March 1 – Berlin transformed into a vibrant hub of exceptional gastronomic experiences. With 57 events, new formats such as SparklingB!, international guest chefs and renowned top restaurants, this edition was a celebration for all senses.

Havelland Express as a partner – united for true culinary culture

Once again, Havelland Express was a proud partner of this unique event series. Our commitment and close coordination with participating top chefs play an important role every year – whether in product selection or menu development.

Restaurants setting new culinary standards

eat! berlin 2026 brought together traditional restaurants, modern culinary concepts and international influences. Among the participating venues and chefs were:

  • BEAST Berlin – The festival opened with a spectacular evening featuring a menu by Christian Lohse and Philipp Bergk, blending French haute cuisine with Asian‑inspired precision.
  • The Coral – One of the most anticipated highlights, sold out long in advance. Domenique Rudloff stands for modern flavours and a passion for premium ingredients. The evening was elevated even further by the presence of Michelin‑starred chef Daniel Schmidthaler and his team, who added their unmistakable signature to the menu.
A festival that connects

eat! berlin is more than a series of culinary events – it is a network of people who live and breathe gastronomy: chefs, producers, winemakers and hosts.

For Havelland Express, it is both an honour and a responsibility to support these individuals with outstanding products – and to be part of this creative movement. Great gastronomy thrives through collaboration.
