Antonius Caviar

Premium caviar from Poland with international prestige

Antonius Caviar is one of Europe’s leading caviar producers – deeply rooted in Poland’s tradition of sustainable sturgeon farming, while working to the highest modern production standards. In Poland’s expansive pond landscapes, the sturgeon grow under ideal conditions: clean water, plenty of space, and a husbandry approach focused on animal welfare. This natural environment results in raw material of exceptional purity and quality.

The sturgeon are processed with great precision using strictly controlled methods. The roe is harvested entirely by hand, gently sieved and lightly salted following the classic Malossol method. The result is a caviar defined by purity, elegance and depth of flavour – a product that has long secured its place in international fine dining.

Recap of Internorga & Antinorga 2026

A fantastic time with the Freakstotable community

What a week! Internorga 2026 in Hamburg and Antinorga were far more than trade fairs – they were reunions with friends, journeys into new culinary worlds, and a powerful example of how strong our community has become.

Already in the first hours of Internorga, it was clear: this year would be special. Our exchanges with partners, producers, customers and guests were more intense, personal and inspiring than ever before. Together with Freakstotable, we experienced the passion that drives our industry – a spark you feel the moment you step into Hall B7, blue area 303.

Our highlights from Internorga 2026:
  • Meeting long‑standing companions and exciting new contacts
  • Inspiring conversations about trends, products, and innovative ideas
  • An atmosphere defined by genuine passion for quality food

The perfect finishing touch – as every year – was Antinorga. An evening full of energy, creativity, music and outstanding cuisine – and above all, full of people who bring our industry to life. Together with Freakstotable, we were part of an event that has grown into one of the most important gatherings of the modern gastronomic scene.

A special thank‑you goes to Thomas Nerlich from Hygge Hamburg as well as Philipp Vogel and the team at Orania Berlin, who showcased our products and Havelland Express so impressively.

Our conclusion:

Internorga and Antinorga 2026 were a huge success – emotional, inspiring and unifying. We return to Berlin with great conversations, new impulses and many unforgettable moments. A huge thank‑you to everyone who visited, supported or accompanied us – and of course to Freakstotable for the fantastic collaboration.
