Our premium supplier's exclusive ingredients are the be-all and end-all of fresh pasta enjoyment. Their formula is very simple: instead of colorants or artificial additives, the focus is on natural flavors and fresh ingredients. Traditional pasta machines, combined with a certain type of durum wheat semolina and a certain amount of egg and water, are then used to create a wide variety of firm and very elastic pasta varieties. The pasta is not dried, fumigated, pasteurized or vacuum-sealed and then sealed airtight.
