We all know it ... fewer and fewer chefs want to fill one of the most beautiful professions in the world with life. A sensible mis-en-place has become a major challenge due to the increasing staff shortage. That's why we decided to find creative cooking solutions in collaboration with numerous top chefs. The first idea for Manufaktur was born almost twenty years ago when we noticed that our customers were having increasing problems finding good staff for the mis-en-place. We spent many months thinking, tinkering, trying things out and looking for the right partner for our vision. We found this ideal partner in East Manufactory and, together with their team and various top chefs, developed our Manufaktur product line.

EXCELLENT BASIS
With our Manufaktur products, we offer you the basis for further refinement. All dishes are made by hand using raw ingredients and products from Havelland Express. We know that only high-quality food is used and guarantee that our high-quality standards are met. All products in our range are made using thoroughly tested recipes and are regularly cooked fresh at East Manufactory.
MORE THAN CONVENIENCE
Those who use products from our Manufaktur line avoid complex and time-consuming production processes without sacrificing the quality of handmade food. The fresh preparation by our partner ensures that taste, color, vitamins and texture are fully preserved with a shelf life of up to 90 days. We are not producers of convenience products in the conventional sense, but rather offer the opportunity to provide high-quality cuisine with full flavor while maintaining the same high quality.
