BEEF FROM PNIEWY
Havelland was involved in the development of beef products at an early stage. In the course of intensive selections, a stable and high-quality end product was developed - Havelland Express quickly became number one in the beef sector. The short distance is particularly advantageous: the meat only has to be transported over 300 km.
OLD BREED OF CATTLE
The cattle are Simmental crosses - an old breed of cattle known for its intense beef flavor and strong marbling. Only heifers that are born, fattened, slaughtered and cut up in Poland are used.
ULTRA-TENDER PROCESS
Ultra-Tender® is a patented process developed by ABP to obtain guaranteed tender beef with an excellent texture. The meat is based on farm animals that have been selected for generations on the basis of age, sex and breed in order to produce high quality. This is particularly evident in the pronounced marbling of the beef.
