Our quality management ensures that only the finest products reach our customers.
»Certification is our promise of quality – a guarantee of first-class goods.«
Felix Müller, Quality Management
To ensure and further develop these high standards, we regularly train our employees and undergo external certification. For us, quality is synonymous with trust. That is why we promote an awareness of food in which the origin of the products plays a central role. Transparency is important to us: we follow the principle of producing the best possible quality as close as possible to the place of production—whether for our specialties from the Havelland region or for our international products.
Sustainability is not just a word for us but an integral part of our corporate culture. In production and logistics, we are certified according to international standards such as IFS and Ecovadis.
Our Certificates
Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)
The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) was established to address the problem of overfishing. As an independent, non-profit organization, the MSC is committed to promoting sustainable fishing. The blue label on MSC-certified products guarantees that they come from responsible fisheries and help protect fish stocks.
By complying with strict environmental requirements and transparent certification criteria, consumers can be confident that, by purchasing MSC-certified products, they are contributing to the preservation of marine resources. Careful separation of certified and non-certified fish along the entire supply chain ensures transparency and traceability. The MSC eco-label recognizes sustainable and environmentally friendly fishing that meets the strict criteria and guidelines of the MSC.
Certification number:
MSC-C-56871
Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC)
The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) emphasizes that fish consumption and fishing must be in harmony with the environment in order to be sustainable in the long term. Only responsible aquaculture and sustainable fishing can protect the oceans and fish stocks in the long run. Fish bearing the ASC label come from sustainable aquaculture. In contrast to the MSC certificate, which focuses on wild fisheries, the ASC certificate applies exclusively to aquaculture products. The benefits of fish with the ASC label include compliance with legal regulations, the protection of the natural environment and biodiversity, as well as the promotion of animal health through the avoidance of unnecessary antibiotics and chemicals.
Certification number:
ASC-C-01994
Bio Certificate
Products that carry the BIO quality and inspection seal come from organic farming. The seal is awarded only in accordance with strict requirements and guidelines. Products with the BIO seal are produced according to the principles of organic agriculture, which means they are manufactured in an environmentally friendly way and in harmony with nature. This certification guarantees a high level of product quality and complies with strict EU regulations for organic farming. Animal husbandry follows species-appropriate practices, and the products are subject to regular inspections to ensure compliance with the standards.
Certification number:
BIO DE-ÖKO-003
IFS
We are proud to hold the IFS certificate for food safety and quality in the food industry. It shows that we meet international standards for food safety and quality and adhere to strict quality and safety requirements in our production and supply chain. For consumers, this is a signal of trust that we meet high standards regarding food safety and quality.
Grüner Punkt 2026
The “Green Dot” label is a trademark that we use as a company to show that we are members of the dual waste management system and that we properly dispose of our packaging waste. In 2026, the label will continue to serve as a signal to consumers that we are committed to environmentally friendly packaging and recycling.
ecoVadis Sustainability Rating
We were awarded bronze in the ecoVadis sustainability rating. This tool enables us to assess both our own sustainability performance and that of our suppliers. ecoVadis helps us measure and improve our environmental and social impact. The assessment is based on internationally recognized sustainability standards and provides us with the opportunity to measure and compare our progress in the field of sustainability. The results of the assessment help us improve sustainability practices within our supply chain and strengthen our reputation as a sustainable company.
