For over twelve years, Malte Behrmann has shaped the culinary identity of the Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden — with passion, experience, and a refined sense of quality. His career began in a fish restaurant in Kiel, followed by time in the navy on Sylt, before he moved into luxury hospitality, including the Kempinski Atlantic Hotel Hamburg, where he oversaw large events with up to 2,000 guests.
Today, Behrmann is not only Executive Chef and F&B Manager, but a host in the truest sense. He loves direct contact with guests, is present at events, active in the restaurant — and even appears on the hotel’s TikTok channel. His philosophy: quality, sustainability, and creativity — values reflected in every dish and every interaction.
Together with Alicia Pecher from the Bellevue, he has created an exceptional dish: Obsiblue prawn, refined with crème fraîche, cucumber, cress from the Flavour Hunters, and our premium Antonius Caviar. The result is a harmonious composition of freshness, elegance, and flavor — a refreshing and modern culinary statement.
