Masterclass Berlin 2026
“The Secret Source”
On 14 September 2026, our “The Secret Source” Masterclass in Berlin brought together producers, partners and guests from the restaurant and hospitality industry. The evening began with a welcome drink and a tour of our warehouse before the Masterclass itself got underway. With around 80 guests, the event had a relaxed and personal atmosphere, providing plenty of opportunity for conversation and direct exchange.
The focus was on the products and the people behind them: Nihon Mono, Tarbouriech, Black & Black by Büffel Bill, Jerry’s Lobster, Antonius Kaviar, Original Beans and the Markus Meier winery were all part of the Masterclass. Many of the producers and partners were there in person, giving guests the opportunity to learn more about their products, their origins and how they can be used in the kitchen. A Flying Buffet accompanied the evening, offering plenty of opportunities to taste, discover and explore.
Alongside the culinary experiences, the evening was above all about bringing people together. Familiar faces had the chance to reconnect, new contacts were made and there was plenty of time for personal conversations and professional exchange. It was precisely this combination of great food, knowledge and personal encounters that made “The Secret Source” such a special evening. A big thank you to all our guests, producers and partners who helped make the Masterclass what it was.

Unsere Masterclass in Sylt
