Dinzler Kaffeerösterei in Irschenberg
More than just coffee
The story of the Dinzler Coffee Roastery began in 1950 with Otto Dinzler in Bischofswiesen. What once started as a small roasting facility has grown into a true center of enjoyment in Irschenberg today – located directly on the A8 yet surrounded by the tranquility of the Bavarian Alpine foothills.
At Dinzler, coffee is not simply consumed – it is celebrated. The roastery follows an open concept that invites visitors to experience the roasting process up close. Whether at the stylish coffee bar, in the cozy restaurant, or in the bean shop: quality is always at the forefront. Each coffee is roasted with artisanal precision and great attention to detail to bring out its individual character.
But Dinzler is much more than a place for coffee lovers. The in-house restaurant impresses with fresh daily dishes, regional cuisine, its own patisserie, and a well-stocked wine shop.
