In the estate’s historic manor house, Restaurant Rodesand offers a creative feel‑good cuisine led by Patrick Kühn and Head Chef Maximilian Cramer.
Guests can expect a family‑style fine‑dining experience that blends French haute cuisine with regional influences from Schleswig‑Holstein. Whether à la carte or as a menu overlooking the riding arena or the lake – every dish is a carefully staged flavor experience. A particular favorite is the weekend teatime, where British tradition meets house‑made treats such as scones, pastries, and sandwiches.
The interior of Rodesand was designed by interior architect Dena Rawle. Inspired by the surrounding nature – the blue of the lake, forest green, and golden accents – she created a stylish, modern ambience that elegantly complements the historic charm of the house.

Culinary Director Patrick Kühn is not only a host with heart and soul, but also the creative mind behind the culinary journeys and events at Gut Immenhof. He regularly invites guests to special occasions such as the Herrenhaus Party or exclusive dinners at the “Melkhus,” which he has also managed since the end of 2024. His cuisine stands for seasonality and hospitality – values that shine through in every dish and every event.
A true game changer on the menu is the Arom Bluefin – a premium tuna prepared with exceptional care and creativity. Its delicate texture, refined seasoning and artistic presentation make this dish a genuine highlight for seafood lovers. The Arom Bluefin exemplifies the philosophy of the house: fresh, light and wholesome, using regional ingredients enriched with a touch of international finesse.
