Behind it is Koral Elci – restaurateur, host and founder of Kitchen Guerilla. For him, great food starts with curiosity, connection and the desire to bring people together. With Table Dot, he brings “affordable haute cuisine” to the business lunch: inspired by the French “table d’hôte” – the host’s table – and driven by the idea that truly good food can be served, even within a limited time. Culinarily, Table Dot moves across a wide spectrum of flavours: Levantine influences meet Mediterranean lightness, urban comfort food meets seasonal, product-driven cooking. Celery and date salad, fjord trout, pasta, pide or smash burgers – the menu sounds familiar, yet continues to surprise. Dishes like KIKOK chicken with smashed potato salad or grilled cauliflower with purple curry purée show this particularly well: simple in concept, yet prepared with creativity, character and attention to detail.
