Oscietra Caviar

Premium pearls from the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii), measuring 2.9–3.0 mm (5*) or 3.0–3.5 mm (6*). Siberian Caviar

Our Siberian caviar comes from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) and features medium‑sized, elastic pearls measuring 2.6–2.7 mm (5*) or 2.7–3.2 mm (6*). The colors range from elegant black and gray to brown and olive tones. On the palate, it offers a multi‑layered profile with fresh, umami‑driven notes and a clean, long finish — ideal for connoisseurs seeking depth and refinement.
