Inspired by Muramasa — one of Japan’s oldest and most legendary sword‑forging traditions — our partner has focused, since the founding of the company, on selecting, grading, and marketing the finest tuna in the world. They work exclusively with wild Pacific tuna that are brought on board alive through sustainable hook‑and‑line fishing and are then killed using the Japanese Ikejime technique, ensuring an almost pain‑free process. Only these fish guarantee exceptional quality from the moment of capture to their final presentation on the plate.
