Farming expertise from the Mediterranean
Tarbouriech products are developed under controlled conditions in selected farming areas such as the Thau Lagoon, the French Mediterranean coast, as well as in Spain and Italy. Oysters benefit from multi-year maturation and regular exposure to air and sunlight, giving them their characteristic firm, crisp texture.
Tarbouriech also focuses on quality and variety when it comes to mussels: from finely iodized French Mediterranean mussels to large-caliber varieties from Galicia or Scardovari, featuring a high meat content and differentiated flavor profiles.
