Exclusively at Havelland Express

Since January 1, 2023, production of the “Authentic Havelland Apple-Fed Pork,” exclusively raised for Havelland Express, has taken place at Gut Hesterberg, about 60 kilometers outside Berlin. “From pasture to plate” is the motto at Gut Hesterberg, a farm with its own butchery that stands for regional quality and artisanal production. This family-run business cultivates more than 1,000 hectares of agricultural and forestry land in the Neuruppin region. Transparency and traceability are more important than ever in today’s food production. Gut Hesterberg keeps every stage of production in one place: from primary agricultural production to gentle, stress-free slaughter and the final refinement.
