- Balanced feeding & slow growth: The animals are fed a diet high in green fodder and are slaughtered after around two years, when they weigh 350 kg – for natural quality and a more intense flavor.
- Dry aged for intensified flavor: Dry aging reduces moisture, leaves the fat intact, and enhances the flavor and tenderness compared to coarse-grained bull meat.
- Regional origin & controlled refinement: True Wilderness uses German dry-aging craftsmanship (IFS-certified) and only processes high-quality meat — all “born, raised, aged” in northern Germany.
