
JACK`s CREEK – PREMIUM BEEF
The history of our partner for good Waygu meat goes back to 1859 when the Irish Warmoll family found a new home in Australia. Since then, our producer has been deeply rooted in farming and ranching for generations. The property on the beautiful Great Dividing Range, known for its temperate climate and reliable rainfall, was given a new direction in the early 1990s by brothers Phillip and David. They became the first producers in Australia to crossbreed their Black Angus herds with the famous Tajima-Wagyu sires from Hyogo Prefecture in Japan. Today, under the management of Phillip Warmoll's son Patrick, Jack's Creek is at the forefront of Australian premium beef production and has won multiple awards.

Regular, verifiable quality assurance is our partner's top priority. At Jack's Creek, the cattle are slaughtered and processed under contract with the Northern Co-Operative Meat Company and Australia Country Choice, which operate under strict Australian quarantine regulations and BRC Global Quality Assurance Standards. These certifications underpin the high quality and safety of the meat and provide basic protection for the end consumer. This guarantees that each and every customer is offered only tender and succulent beef that is full of flavor in every bite.
