Black & Black

Wagyu melt meets steak character

Black & Black is an F1 cross between Tajima Wagyu and Black Angus from Kagoshima. The result: a premium steak with fine marbling, exceptional juiciness and a rich beef flavour – offering more steak-like character and less heaviness than traditional fullblood Wagyu.

Quality starts long before the cut: Black & Black is based on around 80% Kuroge Wagyu from the Tajima line and about 20% Black Angus. The cattle are raised in Kagoshima, Japan, in low-stress environments, small herds, and over an extended fattening period of approximately 28 to 36 months. Combined with a balanced diet, this results in meat with fine intramuscular fat, exceptional tenderness and a clear, well-defined flavour profile.
